There are many interesting NASA raw datasets available to the RHoK community. Sometimes this data is used to find our origins in the universe. Sometimes we end up with a more extensive view of the Earth’s climate or learn how to operate aircraft better in its atmosphere. This weekend, we hope that some of our data will be used to solve some of humanity’s toughest challenges.
Over the next few days, we’ll be highlighting a few of our datasets such as MODIS (Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer) data which improves our understanding of global dynamics and processes occurring on the land, in the oceans, and in the lower atmosphere.
