There is a need to match up availability of community technology resources -- computer labs, training classes, etc. -- with people in need.
The "CT Map" project is an initiaitve by Austin Connects to identify local community technology resources (programs, providers, and locations), and provide them in a searchable, mappable database.
The primary consumers of this tool are expected to be caseworkers and agency professionals, who will be helping people find necessary resources.
The problem has been defined for implementation in the Drupal content management system.

A person who is a client of a social service agency wants to apply for a job that requires online submission. The person does not have access to the facilities to do this, and may need assistance with skills to complete the task. The person may have other constraints: no private transportation, need for childcare, etc.
