Locate nearest mobile signals at disaster sites

Humanitarian responses often begin in areas of damaged infrastructure and limited connectivity. Improving the efficiency of optimized connectivity has become critical. We address here a tool that will show the user the nearby locations to receive mobile signals in real time with real data. The objective of this tool is to allow disaster first responders to transmit a 9-line report as fast as possible upon arriving onsite.
