There are two aspects to registering a client. the initial stage of the registration the person is supposed to bring the following  INDIVIDUAL CLIENTS
 

• Identity Card
• 3 passport size photographs then
• the savings registration will be filled and 
• membership registration form for female clients
• registration and membership fees will be paid

  GROUP CLIENTS

• 4 People to be selected as executives to represent the entire group
• identity card of these executives
• 3 passport size photograph for each executive
• the savings registration will be filled and 
• membership registration form fill
• registration and membership fees will be paid

  at this stage registration and membership forms needed the second stage of the process is the loan stage and the following documents are needed 

• loan application form
• loan guarantor form 
• loan agreement forms
• loan appraisal or approval forms
• identity card of guarantors
• salary slips or documents used to guarantee

  if loans are approved, payment vouchers are  prepared and cheques are raised to pay the clients.  REPORTS  THAT WE WILL LIKE TO GENERATE FROM THE SYSTEM 

• disbursement report
• repayment report
• arrears analysis report
• amount due report
• sectoral distribution report
• variance analysis reports
• largest exposures on both loans and savings reports
• portfolio outstanding report
• profit and loss
• balance sheet
• trail balance
