Summary:
To convince politicians and other people about the usefullness of open data. We created a simple application that shows a heatmap of where the user should buy a house or appartement.
Based on the users input we can propose the city/municipal that corresponds the best to their requirements.

We hope to be able to add more data in the near future.
We build this solution to prove to the Belgian government that cool things could be built with their data as long as they make it open and easy to use.
We will present this solution during the Open Data Day on 15th of June 2012.
